The pick-up car arrival place will be the rental car waiting space on the 1st floor of Terminal 3 multi-story parking lot (P5). Due to business reasons, there may be no counter staff at the airport. Please contact Haneda Airport by direct telephone with counter or telephone. Customers who return the rental car will return it to the Haneda Airport store and then send it to the airport. (It is not possible to return to the general parking lot at Haneda Airport.)
