水俣の夏の大イベント 『みなまた競り舟大会』 が開催されます。毎年各チームが水しぶきをあげてスピードを競う姿は夏の暑さよりも熱く、選手も客席も大白熱！！
今年は記念すべき大会５０回目を迎えて、賞金レースや、台湾ドラゴンボート大会への出場など様々な記念イベントが予定されています。
