- Mini version wood sliding experience 4,200 yen (tax included): This is an experience of rubbing postcard-sized paper patterns using mini woodblocks from Kyoto. From 9 types of paper, 12 colors of paper, in addition to 2 colors of paint, you can rub it with a combination of pigments yourself. Karashi printing experience + workshop tour 9,000 yen (tax included): Tour of Karashi workshop and experience of rubbing Karashi using woodblocks that have been handed down for more than 100 years. While learning from the staff, print three sheets of woodblock size (about W47 x H28 cm) are rubbed. Your own Karashi, which freely combines 3 types of monthly woodblocks, 2 colors of paint, and 15 colors of Japanese paper (Tori no Koshi paper), can be taken home on the day, as well as tailoring to interior panels. One piece of paper similar to the Karashi sliding experience is rubbed into a Goshuin book. We have more than 20 colors of bird paper and 3 types of woodblocks on a monthly basis. You can take home the completed Goshuin book on the day. Goshuin book size W12×H18cm Lighting making experience 12,000 yen (tax included): This is an experience of rubbing patterns on reinforced paper that penetrates light, and making three-dimensional shadows beautiful shades.
