    ■ Those who come by train About 30 minutes by taxi get off at Tokamachi Station on the Hokuhoku Line or JR Iiyama Line. ■ For those coming by car / Map code: 140 309 484 ① Proceed R117 toward Ojiya and turn right at the "Kitahara" intersection to R252 ② Go straight on R252 for about 3.8 km, turn left to Prefectural Road No. 506, and go straight for about 2 km. ③ If you see a non-paved mountain path (with sign) on the left, turn left. ④ For a while, climb the mountain path, turn right according to the signboard, and go to the observatory parking lot. ⑤ After getting off, walk about 200m along the promenade to the observatory and arrive at the observatory.
