Mino-nagashi Ninaka

A vibrant tradition over 200 years old, Mino Nagashi Niwaka takes place on the first evening of the first evening of the Mino Festival. Young locals parade through the Udatsu-lined streets playing flutes and drums. At street corners, they perform improvised comic skits-amateur actors in playful costumes delivering satirical humor in the local Mino dialect.
