    From the roadside station Ume, take Route 326 toward Miyazaki, a 1-minute drive, cross the Utagenka-ohashi Bridge and turn right immediately. It takes about 15 minutes along the old Mikuni Kaido and a junction with the village of Mayumi. From there, bend the hairpin curve and follow the forest road for about 2 km. There are many rockfalls and no street lights, so we recommend bright daytime traffic.
