Payment

The fee for use other than living and working in the city, or attending school is 1.2 times the amount. The fee for use for commercial purposes is 5 times the amount. A separate usage fee is required for arenas (air conditioning equipment and lighting equipment) and multi-purpose halls (stage lighting, electric moving seats, piano).
