The Toyohashi Gion Festival is held from July 17 to 19. On July 17, 350 hand-held fireworks are dedicated in the precincts of the Yoshida Shrine. The fireworks display is held on July 18 with 12,000 aerial fireworks launched, and the Yoritomo Procession takes place on July 19.
