[About factory tour] ・ When children under junior high school age visit, we ask that the same number of adults be accompanied to ensure safety. ・ There is no slope or other installation at the entrance of the factory. If you are using a wheelchair or stroller, please contact us. ・ We do not conduct tours that are different from general factory tours, such as school classes. ・ For GW, Obon, New Year holidays, etc., we are closed for factory tours to ensure safety. (The shop is open.) ・ We do not conduct tours of farms. ・ It will be crowded on Saturday, so we will close as soon as the capacity is reached. ・ Please note that if you do not make a reservation, you will not be able to enter.
