Historic Site Furutsu Hachi Hatayama Yayoi Hill Exhibition Hall and Historic Site Park have closed days. The museum is closed on Monday, the day after the holiday, and from December 28 to January 3 of the following year. You can freely enter the Historic Park even on closed days, but you cannot use the restored pit dwellings and toilets because they are locked. In addition, please note that toilets in the historic site park cannot be used from December 28 to February 28 of the following year because they drain water to prevent water pipe rupture.

● Approximately 20 minutes from Niigata Kameda IC on the Nihon-kai Tohoku Expressway ● About 15 minutes from "Nitsu IC" on Banetsu Expressway ● JR "Niitsu Station" From the "Niitsu Station East Exit Bus Stop", take the Akiha Ward Bus bound for "Niitsu Station West Exit", get off at "Museum / Botanical Garden Mae", and walk immediately.
