Opening hours: 9:30 to 21:00 On November 23, a lighting ceremony will be held to decorate the opening of the illuminations with the outdoor music festival "Fuku Fes" commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Kaizu municipal administration and the 270th anniversary of the Horyaku flood control sightseeing.

Water and green building and observation tower are charged (630 yen for adults, 300 yen for elementary and junior high school students, free for under 6 years old) 　

Access

From Yoro Railway Ishizu Station and Komano Station, get off at the Kaizu City Community Bus "Kiso Mikawa Park" and walk about 5 minutes from Yoro Railway Tado Station, about 10 minutes from Higashi-Meihan Expressway Nagashima IC via Prefectural Road 168, or about 50 minutes from Meishin Expressway Ogaki IC via National Route 258. The Kaizu Community Bus is only on Saturdays and Sundays. Only during the illumination period, a temporary bus for return at night will be operated (one flight per day)
