    丸八製茶場の創業は文久3年（1863年）。 茶葉の特徴を引き立てる焙煎の技術で、日々新しい焙じ茶を追求しています。 本社・工場に併設する本店には物販・喫茶・テイクアウト・ギャラリーがあります。 一番摘みの良質な茎の部分を浅く焙じた、芳ばしくすっきりとした味わいが特徴の「献上加賀棒茶」をはじめ、品質にこだわった日本茶をご用意しております。 見学通路からは工場の様子をご覧いただけます。また店舗に隣接する茶室「双嶽軒」では、焙じ茶のコースを楽しめます（完全予約制）。 【営業時間】 10:00～17:00 　喫茶・テイクアウト：　10：00～12：00（L.O.11：30）13：00～17：00（L.O.16：00） 　工場見学：　月・火・木曜日の午前中 　双嶽軒：　不定期（要予約。詳しくはお問い合わせください） 【定 休 日】　水曜日（祝日の場合は木曜日）
