150年の歴史を誇る伝統行事である「千代田の祭川せがき」。川幅400ｍの利根川河川敷を会場として、水難者供養や恒久平和への祈りを込めた僧侶の読経と灯ろう流し（川施餓鬼）を中心に、民踊流しや舞台芸能も行われます。また、利根川に向け斜めに打ち上げられる超低空の水上スターマインなど、迫力の打上花火が夏の夜空を彩ります。打ち上げ数:約4,000発予定打上花火時間:20:10～20:50頃
