The annual Tama Center Illumination has become a tradition. Centered around the 12-meter-tall Centerland Tree, the area is beautifully illuminated. Along both sides of Parthenon Avenue, approximately 300 meters of 58 camphor trees are lit in champagne gold. Animal topiaries, two symbolic welcome trees at the station entrance, a light aquarium, Hello Kitty balloon illuminations unique to Tama Center, and Hello Kitty light balls all add to the vibrant colors that grace the streets of Tama Center.
