■ Color painting on silk portrait of Yoritomo Minamoto A national treasure painting made in the Kamakura period at Kango-ji Temple. This is a portrait of Yoritomo Minamoto, the first Shogun of the Kamakura Shogunate, and is said to be written by Takanobu Fujiwara. A sitting statue of a court noble with a sword in his hand and a bundled band, full of hegeki and elegance, and excellent inner depiction. ※ Special Publication 5/1~5/5 ■ Color painting on silk portrait of Shigemori Tairano A national treasure painting made in the Kamakura period at Kango-ji Temple. A portrait of Shigemori Tairano, the eldest son of Kiyomori Taira, who played an active part in the Hogen and Heiji Wars. It is said to have been written by Takanobu Fujiwara as well as the statue of Yoritomo Minamoto. It is a seated statue of a court noble with a bundled band, and wears a sword with a shaku in hand. It is characterized by a warm personality and a magnificent depiction of a face. ※ Special Publication 5/1~5/5 ■ Bonsho It is a national treasure craft made during the Heian period in Kango-ji Temple. A copper bell with a height of 1.47m and a diameter of 80.3cm. Since ancient times, it has been called 'the bell of three times.' The inscription cast on the bell was written by Hiromi Tachibanano, Koreyoshi Sugawara selected the inscription, and written by Toshiyuki Fujiwara. It is always open to the public. ■ Statue of the Five Great Kokuzo Bosatsu Five statues of Kokuzo Bosatsu, a national treasure enshrined in the Tahoto pagoda of Kango-ji Temple. It is painted in five colors with dry lacquer, and all five bodies are about 90 cm tall. It is a seated statue of almost the same shape, and only the shape of the hand and belongings are different. It is said that at the request of Emperor Ninmyo, Kukai's high brother Shinzei was built between 836 (836) and 845 (835). It is described in the Kango-ji Abbreviation as a statue of the Buddhist priest Sadaki in 1302 (1302), and is a representative work of sculptures from the Kamakura period. Although it is a rare board statue in Japan, it expresses a young and powerful Daishi with a rich three-dimensional sense. ※ Special opening of the book: November 1 to November 7
