The Ogose Plum Grove is one of the finest plum groves in the Kanto region. Located across the Koshigawa River from Ume-en Shrine, this plum grove spans approximately 2 hectares and is home to about 1,000 plum trees. While most of these were planted after World War II, there are also some ancient trees said to be over 600 years old that attract a lot of attention.
