The historical site Mt. Komaki located on the west side of the city center is famous for the castle where Oda Nobunaga resided for four years, and where, later on, Tokugawa Ieyasu established his headquarters during the Battle of Komaki-Nagakute. Visitors can enjoy viewing the blossoms of approximately 1,150 cherry trees including Yoshino cherry trees and weeping cherry trees.

- From Komaki Station on the Meitetsu Komaki Line, take Meitetsu Bus "Komaki City Hall-mae" or Komaki Tour Bus "Komaki Yamamae" and get off at Komaki Station on the Meitetsu Komaki Line, about 25 minutes on foot from Komaki Station on the Meitetsu Komaki Line, about 5 minutes from Tomei and Meishin Expressway Komaki IC.
