Take the JR Sekisho Line Shiokan Station Bus 25 minutes 17km Hidaka Municipal Bus, get off at the end point (in front of Hidaka Town Hall), and 560 yen one way. Taxi in front of Hidaka Town Hall 3 minutes 2km Hidaka Hire (telephone 01457-6-7107). Accepted at the National Hidaka Shonen Nature House Main Building (Tomioka). 15 minutes on foot. Sapporo Station Bus Terminal Bus 170 minutes 130km Take the Southern Hokkaido Bus bound for Hidaka Bus Terminal and get off at the terminal. 2550 yen one way. 1 round trip per day Hidaka bus terminal taxi 3 minutes 2km Hidaka Hire (telephone 01457-6-7107). Accepted at the National Hidaka Shonen Nature House Main Building (Tomioka). 15 minutes on foot. Roadside station "Kikai Road Hidaka" 3 minutes 2km on the road to Tomioka. As soon as you cross the Saru River, turn left and go straight for about 500m, and enter the main building on your left.
