Young men parade the town carrying Neputa and beating a huge drum from 18:30 to 1:30. The Toro (lanterns) of Hanawa Neputa are shaped like Shogi (Japanese chess) pieces. These are gathered at Inamura Bridge and all are set fire altogether. The fireworks are set off along Yoneshiro River from 20:45 to 21:15.
