This is a Kaiyu-shiki-teien type of garden with man-made hills and a pond garden. An excursion-type Tsukiyama water garden. In autumn, approximately 560 maples trees add vivid color to the garden. The autumn foliage at the back of the park, especially around the Tsutsuji Chaya tea house and Yamakage Bridge, is spectacular.
