Along the Toden line from Otsuka to Mukaihara, and in the shopping district centered around TRAM Pal Otsuka Square, there are about 710 kinds of 1210 beautiful roses in full bloom. The rose varieties are some of the best in Tokyo, and the scenery of roses seen from the train is very beautiful, making it a great photo spot. Roses are in full bloom not only in spring but also in autumn. Please enjoy the roses of Otsuka. The Rose Road, where about 710 kinds of roses from Japan and abroad are planted, and 1210 roses are carefully managed by the Minami-Otsuka Toden Line Council, a group of local residents. Usually, roses are "seasonal blooming" that bloom only once a year, but the reason why roses are planted on the Rose Road is because the council members want the local people to enjoy the walk with roses for as long as possible.
