This is the cliff face area between Harukaramoi and Ebis Island, called Chinuyepira (Cliff with carvings) in the Ainu Language. It got its name from the silvery glow of the setting sun reflected on the cliff. Together with Kinbyobu on the Tokkarisho side, It is one of the Eight Views of Muroran. *Both Kinbyobu and Ginbyobu have observation decks, but it is recommended to view them from a boat on an open sea cruise.
