Juzenji Engi Emaki and sketches In 2025 (Ryowa 7), in addition to the "Paper Colored Juzenji Revival Engi (Stored by the National Museum)" drawn by Akimasa-in to Soken Yamamoto, a sketch of Juzenji Temple "Azushi Hondanzai Juzenji Revival Engi Shimoe" was rediscovered by a survey for designation, and at the same time it was designated as a tangible cultural property of Kyoto City. Soken Yamamoto is said to be a teacher of Kourin Ogata. The sketch is fragmented in a part and does not maintain its shape as a scroll, and needs to be repaired. Shinomiya Historic Site Imperial Prince Hitoyasu, who is said to be the origin of the place name 'Shinonomiya,' was revered as the originator of the biwakoto from Todo, including the biwa hoshi, and was confused with the legend of the cicadamaru. In the surrounding area, there are various historical sites such as Moroba-jinja Shrine, which is said to be the site of Sanso (Kyoto City Archeological Register), Rokkaku Jizo-do Hall (Tokurin-an), which has the cicadamaru memorial tower, Imperial Imperial Household Agency Tomb (on the site of former Juzenji Temple), Biwako Genso Shinomiya Daimyojin, which is said to have performed a memorial service by biwa hoshi, and when the Imperial Prince rubbed his feet to the ground with regret or shin (or a footmai dance for the ground), and Ashizurimizu, which is said to have come up.
