“Fukuro Matsuri”is one of the biggest fesitval in Toshima city and which contains two matsuri. One is called“Mikoshi festival”on 26th and 27th of September and another one is called“Dance Festival”on 10th and 11th of October. In “Mikoshi festival” , you can enjoy opening celemony and dance performance , band performance , japanese drum performance on 26th of September. And you can also enjoy neighborfood association Mikoshi start celemony and Big MIkoshi parade on 27th of September. Parade with 16 of Mikoshi is must see!
