“Fukuro Matsuri”is one of the biggest fesitval in Toshima city and which contains two matsuri. One is called“Mikoshi festival”on 27th and 28th of September and another one is called“Dance Festival”on 11th and 12th of October. In “Mikoshi festival” , you can enjoy opening celemony and dance performance , band performance , japanese drum performance on 27th of September. And you can also enjoy neighborfood association Mikoshi start celemony and Big MIkoshi parade on 28th of September. Parade with 15 of Mikoshi is must see!
