    (Legend of Kintaro location) This irrigation pond is named after Kintaro's mother, Yaegiri. There is a commemorative stone monument on the dam, and at the far end of the pond is a white drawbridge handmade by local residents. Around the walkways and waterside clearing there are log cabins each outfitted with restrooms and birdwatching huts. In the spring, the wild cherry blossoms planted by locals are in full bloom, and it has become a new tourist spot.
