Please take a walk from the Shinano River Ohkouzu Museum to Ohkouzu Bridge and admire the rows of cherry trees(Because it is along the river, the flower viewing time is a little later than in the city). On the third Sunday of April every year, the “Tsubame Cherry Blossom Festival: Bunsui Oiran Dochu” is held, in which an oiran actor chosen from among applicants from inside and outside the prefecture, accompanied by his attendants, performs a gorgeous flower scene under the rows of cherry trees.
