    Introducing the art of Ryokan at the time of his maturity. This historical archive preserves the footsteps of the Zen monk Ryokan, who loved nature, people, and art. The museum exhibits ink drawings and related materials from the Gogo-an (Hermitage)and Otogo Shrine grass hermitage period, with particular attention paid to masterpieces from the Kera and Abe families, with whom he had close relationships in his later years.
