    Going one step further in sharpness Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2017, Fujijirou opened the Fujijirou Open Factory, which received the Good Design Award in 2018, making it one of the best factory tour facilities in Japan for a cutlery manufacturer engaged in integrated production of composite material kitchen knives. Visitors can experience the tradition of “monozukuri” (craftsmanship) in the work process, and a wide variety of kitchen knives for cooking, commercial use, and home use are on display and for sale. Please experience the sounds and heat unique to a factory, and experience the living “skills” of our craftsmen.
